That moment when you wish you had just gotten a regular 9 to 5.  Nicholas Delear Jr.,  a junior varsity drug dealer of Sussex, New Jersey will be out of business for the foreseeable future after foolishly and mistakenly setting up a drug deal with a New Jersey police detective via text message.

Ready to make a profit, Delear (yes, that’s his real last name) showed up to a local pizza parlor to meet his ‘customer’ and was greeted with open arms and handcuffs.

The sender had said he had a quarter pound of marijuana for sale and wanted to meet at a pizza parlor.

Nicholas Delear Jr., of Sussex, met later that night with an undercover police officer but fled when he became suspicious. Police soon stopped his vehicle, but the 33-year-old Delear refused to consent to his vehicle being searched.

Authorities obtained a warrant after a police dog detected drugs in the vehicle. They found four plastic bags containing marijuana and other paraphernalia.
